About the role
We’re looking for Operations Specialist to join the EstateGuru team in Finland to help us in the next phase of our quest to become Europe’s biggest cross-border P2P lending platform 🚀
In this role you'll: • Monitor and analyze loan portfolios • Control: • Debtors and late payments • Transactions and repayments • Fulfillment of agreements • Support the origination managers • Solve various diverse tasks
What we are looking for: ✔️ Previous experience in banking, accounting, real estate, or finance ✔️ Understanding of the legal environment ✔️ Willingness to roll up their sleeves and dig in to help drive our business forward ✔️ Ability to plan and manage your time and tasks ✔️ Fluent Finnish and English
